Our Flotilla participates in safety patrols under orders issued from the United States Coast Guard in the Gulf of Mexico and on Lake Tarpon.  We assist the Coast Guard in Search and Rescue operations as well as insuring that all Aids to Navigation are current and working.  In addition, marine patrols aim at protecting the marine environment from oil, gasoline and other spills of pollutants.  All such patrols are guided by and kept abreast of all emergency situations by our excellent communications staff.  We, also, provide Public Education and Advanced programs for the boating community and offer free, non-law enforcement vessel examinations.  In addition, there is member training which provides the opportunity for all Auxiliarists to sharpen their seamanship and navigation skills.  In short, there is a program for all Auxiliarists whatever their interest and goals.  So join us by calling (727) 938-8568 for further information or click here.

Remember, safe boating is no accident.
